Our life is a really wonderful thing! It gives us a lot of wonderful moments and makes a lot of unbelievable opportunities!
Just think about meetings with friends and ballroom dancing, playing musical instruments and studying foreign language, driving a car and drawing funny pictures. There are so many interesting and useful activities in the world, aren’t there. As for me, I want to know about everything and master a lot of skills.
But time flies… What should we do to succeed?! I think it’s necessary to establish a clear goal, to know what results you are going to achieve and what actions you should take for it.
Different people set different goals. It is not surprising because we are all different as well. Every person is aiming to become better in his profession, to reach the planned things, to fulfill his devout wish. A human being is the most wonderful creature in the world. He is able to make incredible things. He needed heat and therefore he could make a fire. He wanted to fly up in the sky and that’s why he invented a plane and even a rocket after thousand years of efforts.
A goal is a backbone of our life. It is a peak of a mountain which we are going to conquer overcoming a lot of difficulties and hurdles. It is pursuing a goal what makes a person to be organized and resolute. Our life loses its meaning without a goal.
The most cherished wishes get a status of a dream. In this case a dream and a goal become a unity. Dreams don’t come true at once as a rule. You need work hard to achieve it!
I have my own dream! I’d like to make a cartoon about our class. I want everybody to know what true friends we are and what an important thing is to support each other in different situations. I have worked out an unusual plot: during an exciting adventure my classmates will meet some difficulties and challenges. And of course they will overcome them as heroes! Besides, all the characters will speak English. I think this fact will make them to study better!

I have already done a lot to achieve my dream! I have learned how to use a video camera, have studied some cartoon software. Now I take some steps in filming: I edit a screenplay because I want a plot to become more intriguing and unpredictable and study English, of course.
I am far from my dream yet but I am not going to give up! My dream is possible to achieve and I should move towards it step by step!
Every person should have a certain goal because it brightens our life and inspires us greatly!
Keep dreaming! Aspire! Create! Go ahead! Believe in your dream! You should know that dreams come true! Everything depends on you only! You are a man of spirit and you will succeed.

All of us aspire to something in our lives. We want to become Somebody, to have Something, to go Somewhere…
A goal in one’s life is a beacon which helps us not to lose the way in our life journey. To my mind, a life goal is that helps an individual to develop, to grow wiser and better.
A goal is a finished work and a result achieved. For example, we learn to gain knowledge, to get a profession, to practice our skills, to do good for our society and certain people.
This way starts within the walls of our native school. It’s a place where teachers share knowledge with us, where we obtain our life experience, make friends, feel triumph and bitterness of disappointment. And guys who don’t study hard can lose a lot!
I think that a way to our goal is as important as the goal itself. A number of people say that an ambition is very much different from a dream because it requires dynamic and immediate actions, but I think that ambitions come into the world from our dreamings. Only dreams help us to define what we are going to achieve and what we are going to be. Dreams define our actions.
Ambitions can be different: great and insignificant, noble and egoistic, but our way of living consists of them!
I also set my own goal! I want to graduate from a high school with excellent marks. I know that it won’t be easy. I will have to study hard and give up everything that prevents my studying. I’m ready for difficulties because my ambition is a basis of my future life!
And what is more, I dream about beautiful clothes as many other girls; I want to travel, to see the whole world! I think I’ll be able to do it at the proper time!
I believe that every person can achieve desired goals and live out dreams! Everything is possible if you really want it!

My ambitions
They say it is important to have ambitions. Ambitious people achieve higher levels of education, have more prestigious jobs and higher income. I believe an ambition is a person’s desire to achieve a goal through a process that demands hard work and determination.
I have a few ambitions in my life and I know what I should do to fulfil them. My first ambition is to become a computer programmer. I have always been good at maths and my favourite school subjects are Algebra and Computer Science. Besides, I attend our school computer club. I also know that I need to know English well, so I try to practise it every day. My second life ambition is to have a close-knit family. I love my parents and I want my own family to be like ours. The third ambition is to be happy and live my life to the fullest. I think if I do something I enjoy every day, if I do something good for someone else, I will feel happy.

Говорят, что важно иметь амбиции. Амбициозные люди получают более хорошее образование, имеют более престижную работу и более высокий доход. Я считаю, что амбиция – это стремление человека достичь цели посредством усердной работы и целеустремлённости.
У меня есть несколько амбиций в жизни, и я знаю, что я должен сделать, чтобы их реализовать. Моя первая амбиция – стать программистом. Я всегда был силен в математике, и мои любимые школьные предметы – это алгебра и информатика. Кроме того, я посещаю наш школьный компьютерный клуб. Я также знаю, что мне нужно хорошо знать английский, поэтому я стараюсь заниматься им каждый день. Моя вторая амбиция – иметь сплоченную семью. Я люблю своих родителей и хочу, чтобы моя семья была похожа на нашу. Третья цель – быть счастливым и жить полной жизнью. If wishes were horses, everyone would like to ride. In fact, many of the wishes of the people die in their budding stage. Still man cannot give up ambitions. My ambition in life is to become a great scientist.
A scientist has nothing else to think except how he should use science for the benefit of mankind. Even during my childhood, I used to think of many problems concerning science. Do the plants live like human beings? Are the human beings better than all the animals of the world? Are all diseases of human beings curable? This flood of questions used to arise in my mind and I used to feel disturbed when I did not get any reasonable explanation.
I am not hungry for fame. Rather I think that fame is like a bubble which can burst on anyway. I want to see human beings leading a comfortable life. It is for this very purpose that I want to carry out some research in the domain of medicine. I want to make a special study of the disease concerning heart.
I think that heart is just a pumping station and can easily be replaced. I think it is my childish curiosity that makes me to belittle the efforts of the scientists. I feel that if one’s heart is strong, one can definitely do a large number of things.
I wish I get the noble prize in the field of science for my country. Sometimes I think that this is an idle dream. Still my imaginations refuse to accept this as a mere wishful thinking. I become conscious of my purpose. I started thinking that those who get noble prizes are also human beings. This thought gives me encouragement.

Каждый человек на земле имеет свои цели и пытается их достичь, но это не легко, ты должен быть терпеливым и настойчивым. Кто-то имеет цели: получить лучшую жизнь, найти истинную любовь, поехать в страну мечты или даже прочитать книгу, что ты когда-то хотел.
Я тоже имею свои цели, это не легко и я знаю, я должна сделать все, чтобы достичь их.
Во-первых, это выучить итальянский, испанский и немецкий, это – мои любимые языки. Во-вторых, я хочу учиться за границей, поступить в университет. В-третьих, в будущем я хочу быть переводчиком, потому что я способна к языкам и мне нравиться эта профессия. И в-четвертых, это конечно же, путешествовать по всему свету, встречать новых людей и открывать для себя новые места.
Я верю, что я достигну целей моей жизни. Цель это запланированное событие, потому что цель безплана это только желание. Но в наше время, почти каждый человек задает вопрос: “ Как я могу достичь мои цели?”
И даже есть некоторые ответы:
1. Ты должен иметь веру.
2. Говори “Да” больше чем “Нет”.
3. Смотри на свою жизнь с позитивом.
4. Учись наслаждаться каждой минутой твоей жизни.
5. Никогда не сдавайся.
Я согласна с одной известной цитатой: “ Люди с целями – успешны, потому что они знают, куда идут.” И я считаю, цели делают нас сильнее, терпеливей и уверение в своих силах. Поэтому, никогда, никогда не сдавайтесь, только верьте и идите к своей цели.
